Coverage Overview:

Glassivo proudly presents a Premium Ten-Year Warranty for a range of our top-tier glass products. We are committed to ensuring the quality, resilience, and excellence of our offerings.

Product Warranty Breakdown:

  1. Tempered and Advanced Strengthened Glass:

    • Guaranteed to adhere to industry-leading standards for a period of ten years from the production date.

  2. GlassivoPrint™ Advanced Digital Print Glass:

    • Warranty safeguards against defects leading to peeling, cracking, or deterioration of the print for ten years from the production date.

  3. EcoShield Performance Coated Glass:

    • Protection against defects causing peeling, cracking, or deterioration of the coating within the primary viewing area for ten years from the production date.

  4. Insulated Glass Unit (Dual Seal):

    • Ensures against internal moisture or fogging resulting from seal defects for ten years from the production date.

  5. Architectural Structural Glazing:

    • Guaranteed bond resilience between glass units, ensuring no failures due to defects for ten years from the production date when installed following Glassivo's guidelines.

  6. Insulated Glass (Sloped Glazing):

    • Warranty against internal fogging or moisture stemming from seal defects for ten years from the production date.

  7. Metal-Integrated Structural Glazing:

    • Assured bond between metal components and glass, with coverage against adhesive failures for ten years from the production date when properly installed.

  8. Safety Laminated Glass:

    • Coverage against defects that might result in layers separating or delaminating for ten years from the production date.

Note: Glassivo's Premium 10-Year Warranty explicitly excludes specific advanced treated glasses. Please refer to our specialized warranty documents for those products.

Terms, Conditions, and Limitations:

  • If a Glassivo product is found defective within the warranty terms, Glassivo pledges to replace the item at no extra cost or refund the purchase amount. Replacement items will retain the remainder of the original warranty duration.

  • The warranty does not encompass:

    • Breakages
    • Failures from incorrect usage, storage, or handling
    • Issues arising from incompatibility with other materials
    • Problems from incorrect installation or structural faults
    • Damages from environmental factors or chemicals
    • Aesthetic issues like scratches or minor abrasions
    • Non-compliance with Glassivo's installation and maintenance guidelines.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted in written format within 90 days of identifying the potential defect.
